I'll tell you right now that we like our food very flavorful so if you like a milder flavor you might want to take that into consideration and modify the recipe to suit your own taste.
The Apple Raspberry Honey I used in this recipe is a jelly that we sell at our farm. It is also available on our Etsy site.
1 pork tenderloin (3-4 lbs.)
1/4 cup coconut oil
2-3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
4 oz. Apple Raspberry Honey (available on Etsy)
2 Tbsp. Elderberry jelly
1/2 cup soy sauce
salt & pepper to taste
1. Warm coconut oil in large frying pan.
2. Slice partially thawed tenderloin into 1" slices. Put slices into frying pan and salt and pepper.
3. Brown pork on both sides. Drain off any excess oil. I leave about a tablespoon in the pan.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer until the pork is cooked - about 15 - 20 minutes.
