Next, I raided my stash of vintage and otherwise just cool bottles to see what I had that would be good for vinegar. My husband, Scott, found a great little box of juicy blackberries at the store (very cheap too!) so Lemon Blackberry Vinegar was on the menu.
The vinegars turned out great and super pretty! I will give some as Christmas gifts and some will get listed on our Etsy store.
I sliced up the remaining lemons and Jacob helped me stack them into the dehydrator. A couple of days later they were ready to be stored. Some will be used for decorating the vinegar bottles and some will be used in a simmering potpourri with orange peel, cinnamon and clove.
